Transitional Living
Our core Transitional Living program is an 18-24 month transitional housing program for men and women who are living with HIV/AIDS and are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We offer our residents a wide array of on-site supportive services. Click here for more information...
Transitional to Permanent Housing
In cooperation with the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, Alexian Brothers AIDS Ministry implemented a Transitional to Permanent Housing (TPH) program in 2008. Through this program, 19 of our TLP graduates will be placed in scattered site housing with intensive case management. This program is expected to increase the success rate of individuals living independently by providing them with access to permanent housing and supportive services. Samaritan Housing
The Samaritan Housing Program is a collaboration of 11 Chicago-based health, housing and homeless services providers designed to provide scattered-site housing and supportive services to chronically homeless men and women. Click here for more information...
 



 
 
Who We Are
For over 20 years Alexian Brothers AIDS Ministry has been serving people impacted by HIV/AIDS in the Chicago metropolitan region, providing housing, comprehensive services, and spiritual care. Whether at The Harbor in Waukegan, IL, Bonaventure House on the North Side of Chicago or at our new facility on the South Side of Chicago, we transform the lives of people who are homeless and living with HIV/AIDS within a supportive, compassionate community.
